I’m not asking for much. Just a nice spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, reasonable lots of closet space, close to campus, an elevator for a nice move-in day and laundry in the building. Lots of windows, sunlight and maybe a good view? A bathroom with a regular sized tub and a toilet that is not directly stuck to it. Under 700 dollars.
