Fast Day 4
Today is the final day of our fasting. I actually feel really good today—-so far. I woke up early, did a presentation in class and felt fine. Fast Day 3
Today was really hard :(
One thing about fasting is that you be able to relax and lay down a lot, to not exert too much energy since you are in taking much less or none. Work was fine, since I generally sit and work at the computer. I also was in a nice room with an open window and fan and I had access to water bottle refills. Afterwards I had to meet with a group member and work on our acting...

This fast gives me weird dreams. I basically turned into a gingerbread cookie last night. My teeth where made of honeygrams. Someone gave me a nose job and all of sudden my nose was being chiseled out hard caramel. The mind does really funny things. The mind is so much more powerful than anything physical, it controls the physical in a way that blinds our true understanding of our inner biology....
